All games that I play on here, I play with everything Maxed out.
Highest temp it has ever achieved is about 95 Degrees with GTA 4, after playing for over an hour!
When it comes to Cryostasis though (just reinstalled it), I play some 5 minutes and my card goes over 100 Degrees, I decided to quit the game when it reached 105.
Is this normal?
Any fix for this?

driver fuck up maybe? I had that happen with my 5850, one of the driver releases didn't like my specific card for some stupid reason and was causing the fan to not spin up correctly

i'm personally not sure what the upper bounds for gfx cards is, but i know 95 isn't such a big deal. maybe 105 isn't either, you might find out it's not a problem. you could get an aftermarket fan and put that on...

It's not as hot as a GTX 480, but it is close, so in your case either your fan isn't spinning up properly, or it can't function due to dust 
105 is dangerous though, if I'm not mistaken the GT200's throttle at 110?

Your card will automatically reduce its performance once you reach about 110 degrees. It's definitely not normal and you should clean your fan (although this didn't help in my case with 8800GTX, however the guy I sold it to claims it still works and its been over a year. It used to overheat to like 108degrees while playing any game). Although your card probably wont die if you dont.

My 4870 started to act in the same way (reaching >100° temperatures) until I realized that a huge layer of dust was covering the internal heat sink. I had to manually dismantle it and now the card is steady on ~40° in 2D and 70-80° in 3D.

Well to be honest it wasn't only dust, there was a lot of cat's hair as well, gently provided by my persian baby  |
