ROFL
clean out the fan with air and wash the heatsink with water and soap  (assuming its just a piece of metal) and reseat with fine TIM layer

i just used
wait to search my fan and i ll post it
here it is all the dust was behind the fan
i just used the brash and a hoover to clean the mess
