Imo that guy is actually really good. Minus the tourette it would have been a good karaoke version of the song.
I know laughing at people with tourette isn't something you should do and most of the time I really get my act together and don't but every once in a while someone with a vocal tic makes me chuckle.
And then I feel bad. Because I am a nice person.

actually not everybody with tourette swears a lot. There are people who don't have a vocal tic at all and there are people who have vocal tics who just spurt random stuff.
But the kind that gets the most attention is that of the swearing kind.
Why swear words? I don't think that scientificly proven.

Ah, I guess that makes sense. Of course the sensationalist ones are going to get the most news coverage, I suppose. It's still VERY odd why it's swear words though... I have serious reservations believing there is ANY illness that compels you to shout "NIGGER!" when a black person walks past, I really do.
