any of you kind nfohumpers would help me with this just because i cant draw IRL nor using paint or any other fancy program

I need something like this but instead if piano it must be a picture frame, that is split into four parts glass>picture>frame>cardboard

That's called misusing the wand tool... You can set the tolerance, plus in CS5 you have refine edge option (very nifty tool indeed ^^).

You can also choose pen tool and make a path, then from it make a selection (that's what I do when I want sth cropped out precisely)...

And you could provide original picture...

Try Google SketchUp. It's a 3D tool that's amazingly easy to pickup. Asus, B550, 3700X, 3060, 32GB.
