Topic title really says it all. Usually I'm wearing contact lenses, I only use my glasses for reading a book in bed. Sometimes I leave it on the sheets, forget I put it there, and when I sit down the next night... voilà, crooked spectacle frame. Or I put it on the floor when I'm done reading, and when I step out of bed the next morning... voilà again.

Mostly I forget. And if I do put them in the case, I can't find the case anymore.

I have a habit of leaving things in the weirdest places and then forgetting where I put them. Watches, dental retainers, cameras... they've been everywhere except in the right place. When I'm carrying something around, often I suddenly think of something else and forget what I intended to do.

I put my glass on a coaster when its not in my hand, just one of those things I suppose, but I could see it getting spilt if I left it on a chair.

I saw things like that in here and in other "woman problems" topics so...... Am I the only one that thinks some authorities needs to be alerted about Saner and him possibly being a rapist and/or kidnapper ?Smile

Saner is not being serious. Unless its the subject of Santa!

I do this all the time, pretty much every pair of glasses I've owned end up bent out of shape.... although my problem is I fall asleep with them on (watching a movie on the couch) and they end up under me so I roll over them :/

a good thing though is that most places you buy glasses here will adjust bent frames back into shape for free Smile

I am always wrecking mine. I usually fell asleep with them on and they get stuck in the couch. I found the wire ones get all bendy the most. I like plastic harder frames.

I have sat my ass on them more then once. Damn my no good eyes.

Had the same frame for 10 years. Always kept it on my desk when I wasn't wearing them. Someone knocked them off once when I wasn't around and ended up stepping on them. Got my current pair a few years ago and are in mint condition. Very Happy
