with a gorgeous blonde dressed in black ..black dress.., maybe with some black scarf subtle stuff covering her face crying in the rain , on some street in the city preferably.

It's a pretty specific picture you want...I might have one similar to what you need among my aprox 100.000 pictures...ill check into it later tonight
