My favorite part about the iPhone is the software, like that video says "oh I can get apps on my old shitty phone", yah I'm sure, and they probably fucking suck.

I might be enticed to purchase the HTC Evo, but guess what, the Sprint network is the fucking worst of all time where I live, so is Verizon, and don't even make me laugh about T-mobile.
As bad as AT&T is, it is the best network in my neck of the woods, and even if I had better service somewhere, I still appreciate the iPhone OS.

These are the side effects of living in a huge country, coverage areas of cellular networks is awful at some places... Here it's pretty much only the choice of operator for the best plan it gives you, but their coverage is almost spot on in every major part of the country.

Seriously man, chill! It's a joke thread and I was joking! You wanna know what phones I have? A "3" Skype Phone S1 and a Samsung D500. I use my S1 when I'm in the UK and my D500 when I'm in Norway. I hardly think, with my jaw-dropping cellular devices, that I have a subjective opinion over which is better; the iPhone or the HTC. I'm just kidding around
If I HAD to buy a phone, I honestly doubt it would be an iPhone. That's the reason XB Indie titles can be only be played if you're connected to Live at the time; so Microsoft has full control to remove them from your machine if they break T&C and they end up being removed from sale. Does it say anywhere that you'll get your money back from Google for apps that are removed, yet you had to pay for?

I could care less the phone is from Apple, I just like what it is and what it does. For me I couldn't give the slightest shit about changing my wallpaper or icons, I never have and I never will, fuck even my PC desktop is still all default.
I should clarify though, what I do love is the OS, but it's the OS coupled with things like Cydia and Installous.
Anyways, the HTC Evo looks awesome, it's a shame it's only on Sprint. My girlfriend is almost done with her T-mobile contract and I'm attempting to get her to move to Verizon and pick up one of the nicer Android phones, so my Apple fanboyism is not in control here.

no, you could..it would be sold out in record time, THEN everyone that payed 600 bucks for it realizes its crap..and 1/4 of them still defend it despite it being crap.
2 family members of mine have mac minis..big POS to me..know why they got it? "because its small, white, and sleek looking, much better looking than the big desktops for the same price" then complain about what it cant do.
...crap in a shiny wrapper..and they bought into it.
I know 3 people with iphones 4's that drop more calls in a week than I would deal with in a month.
why did they upgrade? because they could, because it was all the buzz..not ONE of them knows the difference between thier old iphone and the new one other than "its the new model"
and yet they STILL defend it, sayings its the best phone, just needs work..well then its not the "best phone" yet is it? get the work done then we can talk.
and it is true for them, they have no idea about phones, I ask them why they got the iphone..because they know its popular, and 'apple makes great products" when they dont even know anything else apple makes other than the mac.
