no, he hasnt really 'ripped' my shit in the sense of copying my actual work, hes just claimed it as his own, hes just a kid that puts other peoples shit in his portfolio to add credibility to his rap sheet. Not to mention my FlickR stream has over 5,000 followers and I'm not a stranger to seeing this but I want to know how SiN found it. It just seems way too much of a coincidence he just 'found it'.
It wouldnt be as bad if it was just bits of my work. But the fact hes posting my pictures on his blog as references and stock without my consent that im fucking pissed off.

This just got very interesting!
So, first off, you got some mod to edit my post to remove the URL, how nice.
Now! We are going to get to the bottom of this! Since you're accusing this guy of stealing, telling everyone here he's "invading" your life and privacy, then it has to be pretty serious - SO! There's obviously a lot of proof to be shown here.
First off, I browse deviantArt from time to time, to seek inspiration (im a graphic designer too, remember!), look for wallpapers (wich I was more or less doing when I found this), and I know my way around dA, since I was an active member for almost 5 years. Now, not at all, but as I said, I still hang around.
You claim he stole the pic you call "To fall in love.." on your Flickr, now in the cropped screenshot you posted, it was posted Feb 22, 2009. Denull posted his image "She" on October 1st, 2008.

Now, you're probably going to say you completed the image in 2008, posted it somewhere, then uploaded it to Flickr in 2009. But know this - the design was submitted by him to Designbyhumans (a site where you submit your designs, the users vote on wich get printed and sold, more or less) also in October. And secondly, you CAN buy the printed t-shirt today at Finroo

Now, to be able to sell this as a printed t-shirt, he needs to have the original file, wich im pretty sure is a vector-file of some sort. On Finroo, you can look at the design in detail, by hovering your mouse over it, you can clearly see that they have some sort of high-res/converted vector file submitted to them - so, if you are the creator of the design, you must have posted it in a pretty high resolution somewhere.
Oh, and you have obviously removed your Flickr, so why blur the username? Doesn't matter, there is only two people on Flickr with "Keair" in their usernames, none of them are you.

I don't know Denull/Dino, but i remember following him on dA when i was an active user, I know he's a good designer. He's part of Nufabric, a small design group wich i admire and are inspired by, he's on Behance, Flickr, dA - I'm yet to see a single link to any of your accounts on any site. Why the secrecy? Wouldn't the guy who's ripping you and other people off, try to atleast keep it a little down low? It all seems too fucking weird.
I'm not saying he's 100% innocent, but right now, you have no proof except accusations.

Why? I saw the photo I specifically remember wgem posting, claiming he shot. So I just posted what I did in the original post, asking for a comment. He then proceeds to accusing this Dino guy of actually STEALING work from him, and others - and that my friend, is calling out the bullshit yourself. I haven't "dug up" anything on wgem, he has dug himself down.

This is also kinda weird, you're saying your stream HAS over 5,000 followers, meaning it still exists? You know you can search for parts of peoples usernames, right? As I said, there are only two people with the name/word Keair in their username on Flickr, none wich are you, obviously. 5,000 followers is quite alot, so it's not exactly like you're some underground, unknown guy..
Oh, and looking at the pic you posted from flickr, the pic next to "To fall in love.." is a boxshot of Heavy Rain. When you visit someones photostream on Flickr, it displays the latest photo first, then descending. Why is it showing a pic from 2009, then a pic that MUST have been taken in 2010? I'm just curious, really. Maybe there's an easy explanation to it..
