Why not? In USA people sue one another over far less minor things than what's the video showing. Beta key of some video game or not, destroying personal information without the knowledge of the affected person is wrong and that's quite justifiable to be brought down to even a review in the court. And that video is a clear and indisputable piece of evidence. That should teach the stupid cunt a lesson.
