Hi all.

I'm not on a contract as i haven't been in work to long and do not want to tie myself down just yet.
I'm on the pay as you go vodaphoneplan.
Ran out of credit on my phone last night ands i received a new voice mail from work it was.
But i have no credit so couldn't here what was in the voice mail.
Is there a way to listen to it for free?
As i have no credit on my phone?
Worst thing about this is just say my call is important?
How do i hear what is being said?
It's a damn ripoff.
Thanks Smile

better in this case to switch voice mail off
then ppl who need to speak with you urgently have to find other means to get into touch (letter or so)
anyway I really hate voice mail
other solution buy new credit Very Happy

not sure exactly how vodophone works, but I can access my voicemail from any phone ... just need to call voicemail # (the one it dials when you hit the voicemail button on your phone), enter cell # and then password.

I think as well you can just call your phone, let it answer, and then hit * ... that should then prompt you for a password.

I hate voice mail too, it is very annoying, esp when some idiot forgets to hang up and the message is 30min long, and your service provider allows deletion of messages only after listening to the whole thing. Laughing
Almost everyone I talk to has an email and can always send me one if there is some important information they want to relay.
Also, when we have voice mails activated, phones only ring for 30 seconds and then goes to voice mail (otherwise they rings for 1 minutes), and 30 seconds for me is just not enough.
