Playing Heavy Rain recently rekindled my love for a good serial killer thriller. Strictly through the eyes of the cat, not the cat AND mouse.

So, anyone recommend some classics?

Books and Films only Smile

My faves are:

Movie - Se7en
Novel - The Straw Men

Would love to hear some recommendations Smile

this was just released but it kinda sucks compared to Se7en :/

I guess if you have some time to kill it's not bad. At least Willem Dafoe is in it Smile

looks interesting but the 5/10 score is intimidating. Will definitely check it out however.

Not really the Thriller thing but very "through the eyes of the cat" is Dexter. But i guess youve seen that already. Cant remember any movie that comes close to Se7en but what about a game? Black Mirror could be worth a look.

There are also the Dexter books, whose story is different from the series.

Yeah Ive seen dexter, love the series. Also the first book is the only one that is good IMO - the sequels go off into mystical cults and it reminds me of Fahrenheit.

Jeffrey Deaver wrote some good books, and he also looks like a serial killer so he probably knows what's what.

Why dont you go and read about real serial killers, read about Peter Kurten the dusseldorf vampire, he was one nasty Bast.
