Does anyone remember the old Commodore 64 game called Swiss Family Robinson? I guess it based off the Disney movie, which I've near seen. Basically your ship crashes and you have to find shelter and save your family. At the time I thought it was a cool game where you have to find food, water and build shelter etc.

Does anyone know of a game that is like this, but with more modern graphics?

Deus / Robinson's Requiem

Epsilon: Game is great btw, I love it, so far it's a definite goty. It's remarkable how much has changed since the beta, stardock have been working their asses off, and it shows.

Robinson's Requiem is the only real one.
No modern graphics though.

No, we have no bears on the streets here in Russia.

The Lost in Blue series for the DS / Wii is sort of like that.

If you can dig shit graphics, Unreal World should be right up your alley. Pretty much everything is deadly (once fell out of a tree while scouting, broke my character's leg and died from blood loss) and it features hilariously bad pics of larping Fins as illustrations for the actions of your character. It's pretty great IMO.

This.

I usually don't like survival games but this one is great, hard as fuck, extremely detailed and boasts an amazing skill system as well.
