So it seems ive got an abdominal hernia. Going in for another check-up with a surgeon tomorrow morning. Had it for some 2 years now, but lately its been hurting constantly so i have to get it fixed soon.
Can't wait for the surgery really, hoping to alleviate some of the pain as soon as possible, i've now also started to have trouble climbing down stairs and even generally standing.
The joy..

That sucks :\
I thought I had femoral hernia, but turned out to be inflamed lymph node (at that point I wished it was hernia xD). Got the checkup, not cancer (\o/), so now I wait.
The waiting sucks.
Luckily for you you'll get that fixed, and in no time you'll be as good as new

Hernias be damned :S
I'm also part of the crew, with two herniated disks that can't be fixed (every doctor punctually advises against surgery, even if I insist), so I'm forced to live with them which is quite painful at times. I still can do sports regularly despite everything, so it's not too terrible, just annoying.
The abdominal ones should be relatively easy to treat, so that's the bright side of it.  Good luck Rage!
