It keeps popping up and I dont know how to stop it. It keeps bringing an error message up in the update manager. Anyone know how to get rid?

Ive not posted for a bit, no wireless card to pick up signal in new house, and work have banned nfohump, wankers. Missing you all though. Except you animal mother.

If anyome knows how to stop this pop up without having to download anything id appreciate it

How about just disabling automatic updates?
