I've been forgetting a lot of shit that happened these lately and even after people say that it really did happen and they were there it'd take effort to remember little fragments
I even forget roads sometimes
wtf am I turning into an Alzheimer ganma or wat

Make some friends, so that you can call them with your mobile phone. Scientists have proven that mice, with a gen-defect that should cause alzheimer, did not get alzheimer when you use a mobile phone next to them for ~2 hours per day.
Or you could just call yourself but that would be... pitiable

Do crossword puzzles, sudoku, play chess or play a guitar - it has been proven that those 'brain teasers' help reduce the chance of developing Alzheimer plus they are helping with your memory too ^^
