Haha, holy shit, this actually works, but you've given wrong instrucitons.
You don't have to put 004 in front of your number, you have to put your country prefix, ie if I am in Poland I have to enter
48xxxxxxxxx
And I don't know how this works, but you actually receive a call, when you answer it you hear some strange noises and the video continues...

You have to put it like
47xxxxxx, no zeroes or +s.
Just try to refresh teh page a couple of times, worked for me and my buddy. epic mindfuck ensues.
