Google suggest doesn't seem to be working and since it seems to be working for sites like tpb and rlslog it can't be due to the warez angle. This usually only happens with porn sites. So I guess we're in good company.
as far as i remember it was changed to keep legal threats against nforce seperated, so lawyers wouldnt sue the hoster, when the site was targeted, and vice versa.
Nfohump was showing up in google-suggest until a couple of days ago with 'nfohump xvid' or 'nfohump pc game isos' as two of the suggestions. I don't have a screenshot but nfohump has definitely been placed on a list which don't get any suggestions. It's not censorship yet because they don't exclude the website from the search results and we all know that google doesn't do those kinds of things. But who decides which websites go on that 'blacklist' and what's the reasoning behind putting nfohump on there?
