for being with a minor, cops found 2 minors in his car ( 17yo) from which one was his girlfriend, now he's facing charges for that, been in custody for over 48hours and awaiting trial on monday
god damn I really hope he doesn't fall for many years, it would sure suck, I've known this guy ever since we were little kids and it would just not be the same without him, god damn jailbaits, but since they didn't catch them fucking I guess he has a chance of not falling too hard.

If you look at your book-marked 'age of consent' map on wikipedo you'll notice that 17 is not underage because the age of consent in Pakistan is 15. There is however the 'must be married' clause which could be the bigger problem here.

And if they live in one of those dumbass states where the age of consent is 18, why the hell would they say to the cops they're together?

Seriously though, I'm with the others in here, I don't get what he's done that's illegal. It's illegal now to drive minors somewhere? It's illegal to hang out with minors? I just don't get it.
