It's fucking cheap and the efficiency looks pretty good.

Personally, I'd say no. Single rail with max amperage of 28a, which will be ok for most low>mid-range cards, but insufficient for high end stuff, it also lacks the 8-pin PCI-E power cable too.

Hmm I thought about getting a 260gtx. And I thought that they'll use up to max. 20 amp?

when you buy a psu buy one that gives you too much.... good psu's are always liftime guaranteed, unless you cheap out... its a good solid future proof building money saver in the long run..

The gtx260 has 2 6pin PCI-E connections Very Happy
And it needs more than 20A I believe.

Tronje is pretty much noname quality, not recommended. I got this one

and i'm running a gtx275 with it (but only a c2d e6420 and 2gig ram and 1 hdd), also 20A on 12V and no problems here, but the Tagan has 2 12V rails.
