I need some help in figuring out where this picture is originally from, what it is and if theres a higher resolution available, preferably for wallpaper. I know it runs at the credits for the anime "Monster", but thats not where it's from originally. Educate yourself Give an internet to NFOHump!

Actually it is indeed from that anime, it's from episode 37.
It's "Monster without a name"
