I've never seen this before, so I have to ask:

I bought a DDR2 dual channel kit (Corsair 2x2gb) 3 months ago and today both sticks fucked up (BSOD all the time, using both or just one). Tried with different sticks (the old ones I had) and it works fine.

Is it just bad ram? or there might be something wrong with my mobo or psu? I think its weird 'cause they worked fine until today and I didn't change a thing.

I believe it was in Auto. But if it wasnt Im sure I put the correct one. Now I dont know cuz with the old memory I set it all to auto.

Also, the Corsair sticks have big heatsinks, and its winter here, so I cant see it as being heat related.

Maybe you should try manually entering the recomended settings from the manufacturer and see if you still get a BSOD. Change the voltage, timmings and maybe mhz.

Does sound a bit strange though..

I remember that the timings and mhz were set manually to the correct specs. Just cant remember the voltage, but will test again and then on another machine.

The corsair memory seems to be working fine in my old computer, but only at 800Mhz, since thats what that mobo supports (tried again in my main pc and it fucks up at 1066Mhz, and it should run at that speed, its rated for that and always worked).

Guess I'm gonna call the store where I bought it, problem is they are not very friendly(and corsair support is not available here afaik).
