u won't get decent quality with a tuner card get this or similiar device and u should be able to connect anything to your monitor http://www.xcm.cc/xcm_1080p_vga_box.htm

you are 100% correct i've just connected the tuner & picture quality was awful,i will check the xcm.thanks Smile
