Its a F'n jungle out there when it comes to printers...yeees!
I need an all in one (print/scan/copy), wireless (hate cables)

If anyone here have something similar that they can recommend, shoot!

I have been sort a been looking at HP's Photosmart series, but heard that Canon have a better print quality...dam, no idea here. Been relying on the printers at work for to long I guess .

Cheers guys.

Will you be using it for pictures and graphical stuff or only text and documents/spreadsheets?

Hm, mostly CV's, letters and the like, and maybe the odd print of a photo or 2. I am not sure yet. My portfolio I will have done at a proper print shop, bound at a proper book binder etc, so it's more correspondence and the odd pic here and there.

I have Lexmark X6575, and it has decent print quality, great scanner, duplex, fax, it's wireless. I don't recommend it if you plan to print pictures, because it would take tons of color, but for documents it's really good.

Canon makes the best printers, HP has the best support and also very good printers. I have an HP network printer, it works flawlessly and even allows for remote administration through http.

Can the Canon one posted in above link be set as a network printer in Wi-Fi? I see "Wireless LAN" but not sure if that is the meaning.

A bit too late I guess, but I got rid of inkjet, because I print so little that the ink cartridges tended to get dried/stuck nozzles, I switched to laser so I can print as little as I want.

Got it today, pretty easy to set it up over my router (WLAN). I say pretty easy cause 1st it wanted you to connect via USB cable, I guess to recognize it or what ever. That took me about 5 min to figure out, but now it's up and running.

On the downside...I ordered it with paper, but there was none delivered with it Sad. So I only tried the scan function so far, that's how I know it works .
