XnView 100%. You don't need anything more. And get the "XnView Shell Extension" as well. It allows you to see previews of pics in Windows like this when right clicked on.
You can even view "raw" Photoshop files with it!.

Ma...NO! I find it a great feature...and it's free  .
I use PS CS4 every day for work, so sifting through huge amount of pics everyday, and I find this feature great...but that's me  .

Nothing beats that, mate. Best damned image viewer I've ever used. LOVE the batch-conversion feature .. it's an absolute GODSEND for converting metric shit-ton of images I often take with FRAPs.
