my old man has the T220 screen he got it off ebay for a good price, clarity looks fine etc, but for some reason not because I got one btw lol, I prefer the syncmaster 226BW range..

It might be just the overall appearance that looks better not sure, either way you cant go wrong with a syncmaster really in that price range.

I love my 226BW too, have it for about 2 years now I think. But 226BW's are now longer in production it seems, and I don't know which model replaced them.

Have T220 and it rocks. The only minus I have is when watching movies or TV I have to put a cd under the mount because the down viewing angle is bad.

I also have t220 and as said previously it is awesome. Crystal clear picture, good contrast ratio, good refresh rate so no ghosting. The only time i notice light bleed is when its showing darkest black, other than that in games or movies i havent noticed it once. Plus its a very elegant monitor, with a nice finish and design so it looks good.
The only con its a freaking dust magnet, especially the stand where its most visible, you can wipe it every day its still going to be dusty.
