So like the title say's I live in the UK and want a the best gaming laptop for under a grand. Gives me something to do while the misses watches ER. Any advice ?

yeah couple of years would be fine srsly why one need gaming laptop, it costs twise as much as building normal pc with bigger screen

Yeah well it's so cheap for a reason. They put only a good GPU and everything else is "meh". Also this is a 17" laptop, lol. Good luck with the backaches. There's a reason people are moving to netbooks...
