i noticed about the penalities, however in regards to regions, that is not a bug. They could not get rights for all the leagues, therefore they had to adjust the structure and team names. EG: West London Blue instead of Chelsea or whatever.
I am hoping the penalties will be sorted for the final release, because they are really bad.

Of course the penaties will be fixed. Remember the current version on the scene is a beta version. They are not likely to leave such a major bug in the final release.

There is a default.xbe file you can download and FTP across or burn I suppose with a new iso. It changes the players names and the team names but doesnt alter much more ie call names, stats etc. You can insert kits now although at the moment there is a collar issue...Wait until release date and you will see the patches coming in thick and fast. If you go to www.evo-web.co.uk there are people working on patches but refuse to release them in order not to promote warez.

I know this is quite an old post, though i am just wondering if anyone has found an update yet. I recently played Pro Evo 4 on the PS2, with an update on (included updated rosters, offical team names and all kits, uncluding english premiership)
I still cannot find an xbox one...
Has anyone else had any luck?
Many Thanks

The xbox save encryption is now cracked and the full ps2 version has been released. See www.pesfan.com or xboxsaves
