Hi all Since i upgraded my computer to this. e7300 core duo 4 gigs of mem dual channel 4850 512 mbs gfx ard pqel pro motherboard Just ran 3dmark 06 basic edition and got 12201 3d marks??? Is this low for my system?

I think you need to get out of the 'what's my frame rate?' mindset asap... Imo, the best feature of the 360 is the fact that games can't run better tbh; having said that, it seems weird that you didn't get an e8400 though considering the difference is £30?

No that's an OK score. 06 scores are regularly thrown out because it's so CPU bound. OC your CPU and your score will jump.

oc it some more, oc your gpu and you`ll have a massive increase.

Why the fuck would you do this? You can play everything except crysis on high res/high details. so fuck 3dmark.
