Ok so, yeah, I've been moaning about it for a while .. and now I'm finally doing it! In a few weeks I'll be swapping out this god-awful Abit KN9 (it's not even an Ultra or SLi) and Athlon X2-4800 for a spanking new Asus P5K-Pro and an Intel Core2-E7200. So it's not top of the range, granted, but it'll sure as fuck beat the living shit out of my current mobo/CPU combo, yah? Very Happy

The pair cost me a total of $160, ordered from America. and it should take a couple weeks to arrive here in Norway. It turns out this particular E7200 has the magic stepping and will, happily, do 3.4Ghz on AIR! So yeah, I'm fucking psyched!!

... um.. that's all. Carry on. *cough*

New 5200's already go for 4Ghz on air, 7200 shouldn't have problem with it.

EVERY 7200 will do 3.6 GHz on air....

The new E8xxx (E0) even go up to ~4.5 GHz on air...

I'm looking forward to seeing what this chip can do! Going from my X2, it's going to be like going from a NES to a SNES ^_^
