So Im having a probem with audio

The audio works fine in the beginning loading screens and when he's on the plane talking about his parents but when he crashes into the water, there's no sound. I played a little figuring there was no sound at that point but as i got further, there was no sound whatsoever

Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this? there's no problem with my sound card or drivers or anything and if I can get sound at the beginning of the game, I dont understand why it stops as soon as I get to the actual game

so please, help

Nevermind, I figured it out. it has to be run in Windows Xp Service Pack 2 compatibility

You could try first applying 1.1 update AND updating your sound card driver if you havent already done so.

also It apears to be a vista issue. Simply run the .exe file in xp compatibility mode if you have onboard sound.

thanks for tip man but like i said, I figured it out. I just had to run the game in XP compatible mode
