Hi Guys,

I just got back my 360 from repair center, europe Smile
It was really, fast, got it in 12 days.
I sent it because the video was weird and sometimes, there was no display on tv.
However, it came back with a new dvd drive (benq) and a new motherboard.
I tried a backup, but as I expected, its not working.

When starting, the console for the first time, it asked me to update it (not on the live) I dit it.
Then Xbox Live asked me to update, I did it.

Now, is it safe to flash the benq drive ? (i did not dissasemble it but it seems white wire means benq, yellow, liteon)

Be ABSOLUTELY sure you have a BenQ drive .. and if you do, go right ahead and flash Smile

You also got a new motherboard? Falcon, perhaps? Did they send you a new power brick too?

héhé, anyway I'll have to open it if i want to flash it Wink so ill check it out
i read the difference between the benq and the liteon is the color of the wire when you remove the faceplate. it seems its white, so it should be a benq

no falcon, there was no power supply

it had scratches behind and the sticker wasnt sticking correctly Wink
