I'm writing test answers for my term in September, and it's been going on very well. I'm writing in word 07' because it's easy to write formulas in, and I don't have time to learn Latex.

I want to convert it into PDF, and so far I've tried Adobe PDF converter that built it self into word when I installed Adobe Masters CS3 collection, besides that I've tried PrimoPDF and PDFCreator, but in all of these cases in PDF some formulas are missing. I've tried to look on net but so far no luck.

I want to convert it into PDF because it'll be over 150 pages, and it'll be simpler to print and distribute to other people who need the answers. Anybody knows what could be the problem?

I don't know why formula would be missing, they are simply printerdrivers, if the formula gets printed it should get into the pdf as well.

You could try Microsoft's pdf plugin for Word, maybe that's more compatible. Or maybe first try to print to Microsofts document imaging or xps, and then print that to pdf?

It could be a font incompatibility issue between word and acrobat writer. Try a sample page conversion on adobe's site.
