No, we don't get out of highschool till were about 18. Then college/university after that, cost of living on your own here also is a lot of $$$$ so you'll basically either have to work multiple jobs or move in with someone.
Also parents are more strict around here due to the filth we have living in this country. It also works out for the best if parents are more strict, keeps them from going out and doing stupid shit.

Anywho, at age 16 you can get your liscense here, 18 you become a legal adult and can buy cigs, then 21 you can do more like uh...drink alcohol and some other not so important stuff (jk) you can rent apartments and shit if some places require it. Theres a place by my house I was going to look at when I had time and the guy only allows you to rent out if your 21+ Prob has something to do with a higher chance of a decent maturity level.
