It seems suitable for criminals and terrorists as an innocent man wouldn't want to hide his weapon as only the vision of it might prevent possible threats.

Seriously if you want a gun for "when ur taking out the trash" or whatever, to somehow protect you, i think a normal 9mm pistol will be more frigthening to a mugger rather than that piece of crap flashlight. But yeah i forgot, its not about preventing the crime, its about being able to kill em when they try and steal ur trash.
