Just a program I have a vision about that I want to share:
The main purpose of the program is to make you the user the admin of every community you visit. To do this the communitys you visit will be saved (not completely but all that is needed) to you're hard drive. Do teh cahnges you made would only apre to you, no "hacking" of the forum take place. This i so the fowling feature can be used:

Re-skin (completely or just colors, pre-made skin for every forum program to be included)
Re-skin with skin from an other forum with the same or different forum program
"Ban" users: Make it so you cant see any more of the users post from that point and a banned text will be shown below their name.
Change avatar: Change avatar on any user or just make them keep the one they currently have.
Re-size signature: On other users on forums on no real rules on that section. And the ability to have a one page signature ure self if you want to.
Re-size avatar: Same thing as above
Make forum section: Crate you're own forum section(s) and move topics to it as you please.
Change name: On ure self or other as you please.
Lock topic: No more post will be visible to you in that topic, or you can re-open and leave that finishing comment you did not get in, no one els will see it but you feel good.
Emoticons: add you're own as it looks to the left in this forum.
Remove of adds
Make you're own section for you and you're palls on you're favorite forum, you will need a ftp or something to host it.
Delete/edit post: Delet/edit post on the fly just like a real mod/admin, fix those stupid spelling errors.
Keep posts (manual or auto): Like a flaming coment and want it to stay? just press keep and the mods can delete it all they want.
Comment of rage: Make a post there you show you're anger and make it invisible to any other (or visible to you're friends only).
