what os? the network access manager doesnt work under vista afaik, was a pain in the arse on xp, does ur router have a firewall? if so you really dont need another firewall anyway and NAM is just the front end for the nvidia hardware firewall built into the chipset. if ur router has a hardware firewall (my netgear has) then dont bother with NAM.

Using xp pro, aparently double firewall in router, what I really want is to dump NAM, when I try to install it get message, "notavailable for this systyem"
Don't seem to be able to get anywhere with new drivers, I believe they don't use nam anymore so imagined that new drivers would work but no.
Am I concerned over nothing here? can I disable the nVidiaq firewall in chipset or is that not necessary?
thanks
