Well hopefully the Keep thing will work. I mean, if that's the only base or HQ we'll be getting in the game currently, then it's kind of a dick move to charge 7 dollars for it.
That's the only thing I'm interested in though and I hope it'll work fine with the Steam version. Wonder if it'll create those directories in the system drive as well.

Install Instructions.

One, critical note, is that these DLC packs *must* be installed on a 1.0 version of the game! They'll break, or cause otherwise funny-but-not-funny glitches. If you've already patched the game to 1.01a, then reinstall it. Start from fresh, install DLC packs, patch back to 1.01a.

Updated list with latest DLC; Return to Ostagar. This one requires 1.02a patch, install as normal via the DAUpdater tool.

This is hilarious you guys are all awsome. Still kinda shocking how badly protected the dlc is for pc. Don't they care? Or are they so console minded nowadays they just kinda half ass it for pc.

I don't think the "dadmp" files are needed (I can't find a place where they'd be used...) so you PERHAPS only need the main "dazip" ones, as well as the DAupdater app.
Oh and here's proof that "Warden's Keep" works - thanks to Strigoil on WBB;

Well, I was thinking about the BloodDragonArmor, you get this with every version of DA:O, maybe there is no dazip on the servers, maybe those files are already in the game's files.

Maybe it was the release date setting in the addin xml that was screwing things up.

The last 4 should not be too hard to get IMHO.
Bergen's Honor + Grimoir of Frozen Wastes + Final Reason - "three pieces of exclusive in-game content". For those who ordered Collector's Edition. Hopefully someone with this edition will post them soon.
Blood Dragon Armour - everyone supposed to get this apparently. "Purchase a new copy of Dragon Age: Origins (regular or Collector's Edition) and receive a code to download Blood Dragon Armor".

That screenshot sadly doesn't resolve anything. You will still be placed in a loop with the npc, and not actually able to travel to Soldiers Peak. That's what we've been curious about - whether anyone has actually engaged the content. Installation isn't the problem.

I'm not far enough in the game to make a proper judgement, but so far it DOES seem similar. I've not encountered any truly game-changing consequences as of yet, except;

Though there was a fun quest to get a chest key from a prisoner.. that was good. End result is the same; get a key - but it was getting to that result that I thought was good. You could either feed him and he'll give it you willingly, or you can reach through the bars and gut him to take it by force.
HOWEVER! He only tells you about the key if you keep pressuring him for information on why he's a prisoner. If you don't? You never know about the key, even if you feed him.

Dialog choices have consequences. Get far enough into the story and you'll see. Some people will flatout shut down if you say the wrong thing.
