So, please, read this first, or atleast the beginning and end of it, just for some background
http://www.nfohump.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38439
First of all, the bit about being hurt. The place where they played at has a concrete floor. I was wearing shorts at the show, because it gets so damn hot in there, and its easier to move around in. But when you go down in a circlepit (you´re running), and crash land on your fucking knee against the concrete, it does actually hurt. No, really! I could barely bend my fucking knee after that! But hey, guess its my own fault, i shouldnt complain..
So, the show goes on. And when its over, we are atanding outside, me, my gf and some friends. One of the frirends is a girl, and were talking and whatnot. So i get a call on my cell, start talking, looks away, and all of a sudden i MAJOR fight breaks out, and sure, it happens so i dont really care at the moment. When i do hang up, security have just broken up the fight, and my gf comes to me and tells me that a guy fucking hit our female friend! I mean, he knuckle-punched her in the face! Right after he did it, her boyfriend plus another friend, went apeshit on the guy (wich i would have too), A couple of secs later, Security was at it stopping the whole thing. Now, i havent gotten a explanation yet for what really was the reason he punched her, but i will have later today. They did get the cops over there though, so it had to be something a bit more serious..
Okay, so now its all over right? Nope.
The show was two days ago, tuesday. Today its thursday. And goddamn my left ear is ringing.. I mean, it has happened before after shows, but not so long after like this. I begin to fear i have some real Tinnitus ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tinnitus ). If its not gone by tomorrow, then damn... And its quite loud too, this beep-kind of sound (or when you have an old tv on with no channel, you now that sound..?). My hearing on the left ear is also worse, sometimes quiet and low sounds, sound like theyre in a bad bitrate or something.. Like having cotton in your ear...
Man i really hope it goes away soon

I remember that sound. Like you I was at the concert, the day after was pretty funny actually... I misunderstood everything, It was kinda funny but after another day it passed away. I never heard that it goes for a longer period of time (after a concert that is). Have you tied any of the treatment from wikipedia? Just hope it goes away... If it doesn't you should definitely go to a doctor.

if the ringing doesnt stop after 24hours you should always go to a doctor. Before those 24hours directly after the concert, drinking alot of water helps.

Yeah, it hasnt stopped yet...
But i think i´ll wait until ive gotten some proper amount of sleep.. Havent slept enough (by my standards alteast) the last few days, and im tired as fuck. Plus, my neck really hurts, maybe it will be a little bit better if that goes away too..

nope, dont wait! As i said, the 24hour rule is important, because if it doesnt stop after 24hours you NEED treatment and chances are getting higher and higher that it wont go away if you dont.
I also wear earplugs at concerts as everybody should, because damage to the ears is the thing you notice the least of all the senses and as a musician i dont want to lose any of it really.
