I orderd all the bits for my kids DS from here on a few diffrent ocassions http://www.supercardstore.com/ .
Great service arrives next day and i even got a free sweet in with my order when i bought something near xmas!!
Site looks shit but i know lots of people who have orderd from there and everyone was happy with service.

Got mine from here too, good service. Although I have managed to break my R4, the push in "spring" action isnt working.. but the card itself is fine still.

EZ3, EZ4 or EZ3in1 (note the ez3in1 will only cater for 1 gba rom at a time, but you can reprogramme it from the slot-1 cart where you would keep your gba roms)
personally I would go for an Ez4+1Gb mem card as for a cheap price you can have masses of gba roms stored all ready to go, also it can be used to run ds roms as well if you like... note don't get the ez4 compact version though as there is no gba ram on it
