So I did my taxes yesterday and I am going to get about $750 back from the income tax refund.
I like most people am choosing to spend the cash rather than do something smart like save it. Anyway my digital cam is on its way out (R.I.P.) and I am looking to get something a little more high end.
So here is what I am thinking
Canon Rebel XTI - $779.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830120070
Nice little SLR for a good price... This is where I am leaning at the moment.
I was also thinking of just going all out and grabbing a
Canon EOS 30D - $1,239.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830120038
Maybe I should just get the Rebel and pick up some nice lenses for it. I don't know... What do you guys think?

I love my EOS 20D, but the rebel is also a kickass camera. You need some nice lenses, so go for the rebel.

Thanks.
I have made up my mind and will be going for the rebel. Any suggestions on some cool lenses to grab?
When it gets here I'll put up some sweet photos.

Oh god, depends what your local camera stores have or if you're interested in buying online (which honestly, I don't recommend)
I'd recommend getting some classics like fisheye, and a good lens for long exposure.
