I bought the xplorer controller today and plugged it in, then put in the guitar hero PMM release and I got an open tray error. First I thought I had a bad burn. Then I put in my GOW backup that I played last night, and even that gave an open tray error. I unplugged the xplorer and tried all my other backups. None work. I tried an original dvd and it worked fine. Backup dvd didnt work. So any ideas???
Update: It was not the controller causing the problems. It was the game backup. After shutting down the 360 for 10 minutes, I started it up and popped in Gow and it worked fine as did all my backups. But as soon as I popped in the GHII disk, open tray error and after that none of the backups worked till I restarted the box. I tried reburning the disk but same effect. After that I burned the Def Jam backup and tried it, and it works flawlessly. Its something with the PMM release, I am sure. Anybody got this issue. ALso I have firmware 3.2 for the Sammy drive. Maybe I should upgrade to the latest.
