Does anyone know program which can be used like amp for electric guitar? I have Guitar FX Box, but I want to know if there is any better..

I owned guitar rig and a usb computer guitar amp, it works but the sound is very flat and uninspiring in comparison to a real amp.

Thats because of the usb thing, guitar rig is very cool with tonsa stuff you can test out but without a proper amp to run through it pretty much goes to waste.

I've tried it and it sounded pretty great... I don't use any usb connection, just pluged my guitar into line in, and downloaded asio4all driver. The sound was really awesome, and there are tons of presets

Not bad eh?
I tend to like Amplitube 2 a bit better for some reason.Seems less system resource hungry too.
If Amplitube 2 cant get a particular sound GR2 usually will.

Ok so the only line in I have for my guitar is the front bezel that came with my audigy zs 2 and I can't seem to get it work through this program. I can my guitar comming out of the speakers just fine but doesn't seem GR2 is reading the input? any ideas?

The asio driver for all, if you have installed it, can sometimes interfere with midi, try configuring something until it works, I really don't know what else could you do...
