This shit is just to fucked up... i mean, he can get 15 years in jail for throwing a cake at a politican. While people who rapeget 2 years. Kill maybe get 8-10 years (depends)
Anyway, this guy haven't done anything unexeptable (in law)... this case sounds like something from Singapore.

Sometimes I think the law isn’t to protect the common person. Rape, child molestation, killings, assault, things that really fuck people up for the rest of their life don’t seem to matter whatsoever to our courts (in BC anyway) But do a little insider trading, throw a pie at a politician, Basically doing something that effects some rich bastards money and they throw the book at you.
