does anyone have acces to the scene rules regarding ripping of audio cds?

i guess there should be a NFO which states all rules of a regular scene release

like you all know, sadly i am not one of those l33t scene members Sad

PS: i have seen alraedy such kind of guide (NFO) for scene movie rips
