If you read the FAQ, you can only advance to rank 6 unless you pay the monthly fee. So it'd be great to try out and see if you like it. I found it to be a very very boring version of Tribes 2.

It used to be ok, but now there are too few people playing it really. And all the expansion packs split up people. Only negative gripe I had with it was that all the different places looked very similar in style. Otherwise it could be fun playing a couple of times a week, battles were great. Upcoming PC games 2009 and onwards Bravery is not a function of firepower.

Planetside has died a long time ago. whats left now are the remains nobody wants. Back when it was still populair, you had massive battles which made the game good. but those are hardly in the game now.

Yea played it for some months. Wide variety of weapons and vehicles and quite big but it certainly needs alot more players.

Huxley will take over the remaining player base, as well as any old Planetside fans who stopped playing Upcoming PC games 2009 and onwards Bravery is not a function of firepower.
