Boiling Point IMO was a great game. It has many problems, and it was sometimes super slow but I really enjoyed the open world and the action. This screens look really good, but I'm not worried about the graphics but about the performance. I hope they are going to optimize the engine, so it won't be choppy as BP1.

Boiling point sucked ass. It had dumb characters, a full arsenal of bugs, stupid plot and played on something like 10 fps most of the time. Played it for 4 hours and then deleted it.

Only downside about boiling point was the terrible performance & bugs I loved the open gameplay and realistic enviroment both in scale & look. Just meeting a tiger in the jungle or witness rebels fighting the government on a road made it very immersive.

Boiling point dissapointed me very much... Because at first sight it looked like system shock 2 or deus ex, only with huge environments and open gameplay... But then I've realized that the only thing that this game has in common with those 2 are the sucky graphics.

The White Gold screenshots are old.
I started playing Boiling Point again a week or 2 ago.
The game runs at 10-80fps (mostly 30-40) after I installed the latest patch and some anti-lagg-fixes.
I hate you.

BP didnt have the best story or the best AI no.. The world itself and the graphics was suberb, and most important; very atmospheric, and that is more than i can say about most games. But then im kind of a sucker for games like this, i loved morrowind and BP felt a bit like morrowind / Deus Ex Lite.
Very underrated, but understandable since many people indeed had problems with bugs/performance (I didnt have many problems with it, only 1-2 bugs, not worse than any other game. Performance was not any worse than Morrowind).
Really looking forward to this.. Could be really, really good if they learned their lessons from BP, it was a great release concidering that (to my knowledge) they're rather new to the gaming business.

looking at the shots for precursor it seems like they don't know how to do anything besides add shiny shit to stuff.
Someone needs to explain to them just because you can doesn't mean you should.

a sequel, huh?
i would have hoped they would finish the first one first
it was horribly unfinished
great potential, and well crafted out, but had glaring and juvenile flaws
completely unpolished

Well, I hope they learned from their first product, and won't shove another crappy, unfinished pile of shit out of the door next time.

BP had to be released due to deadline. I hope this one will be really optimized and with more things to do.
