does this beta release of Windows Vista comes with Aero and all the other software that will ship with Windows Vista Ultimate?
EDIT: I've installed the beta 2 three times already within a VMWare environment and I can't get the Flip 3D and the Aero Glass to work, I've read in various sites that this beta 2 indeed comes with Aero and Flip 3D and all that fancy stuff, but why the helll can't I get it to work within the VMWare machine?
My PC is able to run all those Vista stuff, but to make sure I've run the Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor and my machine passed in everything, it says that I'm able to run Windows Vista Ultimate.
I don't want to install this in my real partitions, I wan't to full test it under a virtual machine and then if it's complete enough will upgrade my XP, but for that I have to find a away to use all those fancy stuff Vista's all about.

your forgetting that VMware creates a virtual machine using only PART of your machines power, so vista wont be seeing your CPU, GFX card and RAM, only the virtual devices, this is why you cant get the fancy features working. You want them? Install it for real!
