Ok, there's a known 'problem' with DOA 4, that it gets 'stuck' at the tile screen if your Xbox isn't set for 60Hz mode. What happens is, it gets to the title screen, says to press start, but regardless of whether you press it or not, nothing happens. Ok, makes sense.
Now, what happens when you're running your Xbox from the component cables, set at 480p, and you're still having the problem? Well that's where I am, and i'm at wits end at how to fix this. Problem is, with HDTV, you don't get to select the Hz, only whether your TV is 480p, 720p or 1080i. Naturally, being in HD it should set it to 60Hz, but it's not doing that and it's not working.
Anyone have any suggestions?

This is an easy fix, flick the little switch your xbox 360 cable to standard tv ( not hdtv ), then go to your xbox dash settings and set to pal 60, then flick the switch back to hdtv and your good to go
