Hi I have had a mod chip in my ps2 for a long time and it's always worked fine but there seems to be a controller glitch when I try to run some of the backups I have. When i boot the game, everything works fine untill I get into the game where on some of the games, the game says that there is no controller is inserted, and on others the controller does not work. In both cases, the anolog button on the controller turns on and cannot be switched off. I was wondering if anybody can help me out. My chip is a DMS 3. I have discovered that the only games that have this problem are the ones that consist of IRX files. If anybody can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
