gyms are for fags and 60 year olds, if you wanna stay healthy then just run a few laps and play some competitive sports with friends.
going to gym just seems like a forced thing to me, physical activity should be incorporated into our daily lives instead of becoming a chore making you visit a facility to get it done. |

I am not a fan of gyms either as it makes me feel forced to do something. Instead I go swimming 3 times a week. Why? Because it is so damn relaxing and fun for me. Much better than any gym for me. I get good training from it and I like it alot so...
